deffinetly blue! people with brown eyes look good in most colors but blue eyeshaddow makes them pop! also try really black mascara! each color brings your eyes out in a different way, pink looks really cool too.

any color looks good on brown eyes. it is about the shape of your eyes that make the color glow. dark colors make the eyes look smaller and the light ones vice versa. i usually apply brown or black eye shadow and my eyes look smokie. my boyfriend likes it that way. he also likes white eye shadow and sparkles with no eyeliner.
