Why are Malaysian ghosts often fashioned in long, streaming (or rasta/matted-style) hair and wearing

Don't they have anything else to wear or do they ever change their hairstyles?

Imagine one with short, trendy highlighted bob, dressed in micro-mini and tight, sexy top. Complete with accessories and Gucci sunnies. With feet clad in strappy heels and glossy lips...

That's a misconception. They shop a lot during this Mega Sale and even use branded makeups like Estee Lauder and Mac and go to hair saloon. Of course you won't realise them as they are not fashioned in long, streaming (or rasta/matted-style) hair and wearing white. But ironically ordinary humans sometimes look like ghosts nowadays.

IF this is the way they "go", then this is the way they appeared to be. As for hair, well even if they go as short hair, the hair and nail still grow even after death..so that answered why long hair. Matted maybe they dont have time to a hair do before they appear! Malaysia economy not so good yet...so can save money better as compared to western side..who got extra money to groom too

Some of the ghosts have beautifully ironed hair, straight and shining. Not scary at all...

Their rasta/ dread-locked hair-style probably because the directors trying to make something diff they said only to end up having the same ghosts.
