i've seen it mainly with blonds and only a few times. they think it looks good to have black or red highlights, but they don't want to pay the huge cost, or they aren't sure if it would look good, so they had a weave. i think it looks really weird also. some people just dress trashy, especially during the summer

who ever said that weave was ment to be just for black people? now i do agree that some people need to learn how to match their hair color but common now its not just a black person thing. ive seen alot of white girls who have hair extensions and they match perfectly.
