How can I make a french poodle's hair more white-er?

well everytime I give him a bath' his feet are still brownish. Also i've noticed that he has little brown hairs on the top of his skin is that because he's a pure breed?

First there isn't a "French" poodle. The poodle breed was originated in Russia as a hunting dog, the French started cutting the dogs hair into different patterns because the coat would get in the way when hunting. People started calling them "French" as a fad.

Your dog is probably licking his feet ..the saliva coming in contact with the coat and oxygen in the air (oxidation-the same as a nail rusting)is turning them brown. First you have to keep the dog from licking his feet-try spraying his feet with Bitter Apple Spray. You can also use a whitening shampoo (but it will take a long time to rewhiten the feet) Winners Circle Whitening and Stain Removing shampoo is good. DO NOT USE BLEACH!!! this can burn your dogs skin and if he licks any of it it can make him ill. And don't bathe too much or you can cause skin problems. If he has brown hair mixed into a white coat it is a fault...acceptable poodle colors are solids...parti colors, phantoms and black and tans are not registerable colors. If he is a pet then it doesn't really matter.

If he is chewing or licking his feet and legs that will cause discoloration. Your groomer should be able to remove it. Also they make whitening shampoos just for dogs and they work pretty well.

You can buy Shampoo specifically for white dogs I think its called like Canine Bright or Canine White something like that that is supposed to help keep the discoloration out of their fur.

Online and in some pet stores they actually sell a whitener for this sort of thing. Try "Gold Medal Pets Formula 30 Whitening Shampoo For Dogs." I believe Petco carries it. The little brown hairs are part of your dogs base coat/ under coat, these are normal in most animals. My orange cat has white ones!

They have a special shampoo for white coated dogs, you can find in a petstore like Petsmart, if you have one in your area, that will whiten their coat.

His hair is stained. You cannot get that color out with any shampoo. you have to make him stop licking his feet and let that hair grow out. those shampoos are a ripoff.
