Perscriptives can usually match you pretty well and is found in most major department stores (Macy's, Lord %26amp; Taylor). They can help you determine this. Personally I have pretty white skin myself with yellow/orange undertones and I wear my hair dark brown with some deep red in it (a mahogoney brown). It's all up to you, whatever makes you happy :)

if i were you i would stick to your natrual hair color. but if you dont like that then you should try looking at pictures with people close to your skin color and and look at their hair color. idk. :)
