Ladies... do you color the grey/white/silver out of your hair?

I have large silver.white streaks in my dark hair...will never dye them out. Often I am asked where I had them done!!! I tell them that I use God's frosting kit!

right on. i am a firm believer of aging gracefully. im 27 and do not die my hair either. i am a brunette and those little grey streaks are like highlights in the sun. imagine how akward all these women will look when they are 70 and still dying their hair. or worse, the women of color who go blond!!!! tragic!!!!

I love your attitude! I however dye my hair. I like being a redhead(that's my natural color) and I use dye to maintain it.

I havent seen my natural hair color since highschool... dont know if there are any greys in there or not

I color the grey out of my hair cause I feel better about myself without greys showing. Everyones different though. I've seem women let their grey hair grow out and they look gorgeous with greys. Whatever you feel sexier with--go with.

I don't. I started going gray at 22 and now I almost have a nice streak of silver at my crown. I'm looking forward to it growing in, actually. I started going gray after a life through some REALLY nasty curves at me (got really sick, ect, no need for details really), so I feel like those silver hairs have been EARNED. Well, some of them...

That's not to say that dying my hair isn't fun, though. It can be a blast to be a red-head for a while. :)

i'm young and am comfortable with my black hair better than with white streaks on it. I feel more confident about myself when my hair's all black. I dye it once in a while.

I dye mine. Not everyone is fortunate enough to grey gracefully. My grey simply makes my mousey brown hair more dull-looking that it was. At the point when my hair is more white than brown, I will give the natural look a try. I may still leave it long and be a little old lady with a bun in my hair.

In the meantime, I'm a red-head. It suits my complexion better than brown.

Sure do. I started highlighting before I ever went gray and am not too gray now, but I enjoy the pick-me-up of getting it done, and changing my "look" now and then, and using different make-up to complement it, etc. Though, I do admire and at times envy, the simplicity and honesty of your approach, it would be hard to teach this old dog new tricks.
