you probably won't appreciate this answer but sometimes I wonder if people realize the extent to which bleach damages the hair. If you do it once or twice and have thick hair, okay, your hair may just get a little thinner and you might not notice an enormous difference. However if your hair is already damaged fine, or continuously colored, bleach blonde is a surefire way for your hair to fall out. Gwen Stefani lost a lot of her hair after bleaching it since the early 1990's. I heard that now she is wearing wigs. I just don't see what the attraction is to bleach blonde when it does so much tremendous damage to the hair. Not to mention, it's painful! I guess I just prefer brunettes.

Yup, it's professionally bleached at Frederik Fekkai! If you go to a high end salon with a picture of Christina Aguilera, i'm sure they could replicate it, but it would be quite expensive! And you would have to go in to do your roots every two to three weeks (very expensive maintenance! Because you cant be running around with pale hair, and then noticeably much darker roots.

And don't try bleaching at home, you will get an orangey yellow color...and your hair will dry out.
