White vinegar for oily hair?

i heard vinegar helps with oily hair. Is there any truth behind this?

White vinegar for oily hair?

Not only does it help with that, it really helps if you use mousse and gel and or hairspray alot. I use it once every two to three months. and it leaves your hair soft.

Trick: wash your hair first, pour about a cup or so on your head ( I usually just pour right out of the bottle) massage it all through your hair. (If you have a shower/tub Turn the shower off so you have the pressure running through the tub spout and not the shower head) rinse it really really good. (Going back to the shower part now) Then wash your hair at least two more times. Condition it and style.

You might have some smell of vinegar, but only if you sweat a lot. I have asked my co workers and they haven't smelled it on me at all.

Good luck I hope this works for you.

White vinegar for oily hair?

it makes sense, yes (%26amp; is economical)

"Try an apple cider vinegar rinse. Try a teaspoon of vinegar in a pint of water and use as a finishing rinse. This solution acts as a tonic for the scalp and removes soap residue that can weigh down oily hair."
